Puyallup Tribal members eligible for tax exemption at Woven Seafood & Chophouse

Puyallup Tribal members dining at Woven Seafood & Chophouse will be exempt from taxes when they show their Tribal ID.

Tribal members can alert their server at the time of payment and place their Tribal IDs with their payment method when they receive their bill. Cash or card is allowed, they just need to have the physical Tribal ID. Photos will not be accepted and expired IDs are OK as long as identification is verified.

Tribal members are also able to get the exemption for the whole table, but only if they are the ones paying. If paying with card, their Tribal ID must match the name on the payment card. Guests paying separately will not receive the exemption.

Restaurant staff will be trained on giving this exemption prior to opening, but it is up to Tribal members to seek out the tax exemption as staff will not ask.

Reimbursement is not an option – if a Tribal member does not have their Tribal ID, they will not receive the exemption.
