The Tribal Council Primary Election will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Chief Leschi Schools. The Election Board has released a map of the no-campaign zone, and is announcing the following COVID-19 safety precautions and guidelines:
- Social distancing will be in place throughout the election process.
- Masks and temperature checks will be required for entry to the polling place.
- Candidates will be responsible for limiting gatherings at their respective campaign zones to no more than 10 people at a time.
- Masks are required in candidate campaign zones as well.
- If a candidate chooses to hand food items out, these items must be in a “to go” form only.
