“The Washington State Attorney General’s (AG) office called a recent Environmental review fictional. They and the State Department of Ecology (DOE) recently submitted written comments to Puget Sound Clean Air Agency (PSCAA) regarding a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) that could have substantial long-term effects on the rights and lives of the Puyallup Tribe as well as local citizens.
