Last year, the Tribe hosted “Power Paddle to Puyallup.” This year’s Canoe Journey is “Paddle to Lummi,” and this month the Culture Department is hosting a range of events that everyone is invited to participate in. Volunteers are needed, too.

“Canoe Welcoming Ceremony”
Location: Canoe Landing Site – 4224 Marine View Drive
Canoes will arrive from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Dinner will be served at 5 p.m. Protocol, Song and Dance will follow after dinner.
This event is open to everyone to participate! Vendors are welcome.
Please note: Canoe Families will be camping at the youth center.

The Puyallup Canoe Family Departs for the Annual Canoe Journey to Lummi 2019.

Canoe landing will be on Wednesday 7/24/19. Protocol to follow after the 24th.
