Services Provided
- Applicant must be (whichever is applicable):
- Enrolled member of the Puyallup Tribe of Indians;
- Elder: 55 years of age or older whose ability to perform the normal activities for daily living or to provide for his or her own protection is impaired due to a physical disability or kidney dialysis
Caregiver Services (include but not limited to)
- Personal care: bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting;
- Meal planning and preparation;
- Housekeeping: linen changing, laundry etc.;
- Exercise;
- Transfers and positioning;
- Medication assistance, and
- Welfare checks.
- Chore Services (include but not limited to):
- Laundry and change linens;
- Light housekeeping: clean kitchen, wash dishes, take out garbage, sweep, mop, vacuum floors, clean bathrooms;
- Medical reminders and delivery;
- Meal planning and preparation;
- Shopping for food or other essential home items;
