The Enrollment Department is available only by appointment between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, due to COVID-19 safety and health measures.
To make an appointment for a fishing card sticker or Tribal ID, email Enrollment@puyalluptribe-nsn.gov or call 253-573-7849. (If you need to reach someone after hours, call Stella John at 253-389-1681.)
Attention divers: During your appointment, you will need to sign out for your card and stickers on the loading dock at the Administration Building. Let Enrollment know if your card isn’t current or missing when you call for your appointment, and a new one will be printed.
